Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a higher level of care than outpatient substance abuse groups or individual therapy. IOP provides a highly structured environment to assist individuals with early recovery and relapse prevention to best help with long-term recovery. IOP consists of group sessions three times a week, along with an individual session each week or every other week. Our IOP is focused on substance use treatment and recovery, but we understand that mental health and substance use are often connected and to make sure we address the root of addiction, we focus on both substance use and mental health factors in group and individual sessions.  

Our IOP program has both day and evening options for groups and individual sessions to meet the needs of group members.
