Crisis Access Line

A behavioral health crisis can be traumatic for individuals, families, and our communities. Although we cannot know when a crisis may occur, we can create a system that is agile and responsive when the need arises.  Nurstead’s Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) and Mobile Adolescent Crisis & Stabilization Services (MACSS) are designed to assist individuals and families by responding on scene, in-home and in-community, to address and deescalate the crisis while avoiding things like hospitalization, arrest, out of home placement, and ensure that connection to care and resources is addressed.

Our MCT and MACSS programs operate 24/7/365 and both programs can be activated by calling Nurstead’s Crisis Access Line at 575-201-HELP (4357).  Our Crisis Access Line can also be a resource in itself for those who need someone to talk to, but do not need a crisis team to respond.
