Nurstead’s Street Outreach program is designed to reach some of the most underserved individuals in our communities, those who often go unseen and unserved.  Our Street Outreach Coordinators go into the community and engage with individuals.  Our Street Outreach Coordinators are trained to assist individuals in the community seeking help with housing, needing connection to resources, experiencing crisis, and much more. 

In addition to working with people on the street, Nurstead’s team works to partner with other helping agencies in Clovis and Portales to create relationships the further the reach of these services.  Our Street Outreach program also works closely with our Drop-In Center, Outpatient Therapy, and Mobile Crisis programs to help connect those they work with to the best resources and access to care possible.
